To ensure your consultative needs are met, our Principal Consultant and Founder, and certified HR professional, Niki Ramirez, MBA, will intake each new client and host a “Welcome Call” to get to know you and your business. Niki brings with her 20+ years of HR and leadership experience, and has a team of experts to back her up, including a Sr. HR Consultant, an HR assistant and contracted labor and employment attorney.
