Niki’s diverse professional background includes serving in operational leadership roles, adjunct business faculty member, and as a human resources executive. Over the past 20 years she has had the privilege of working with small and large private businesses, in the public education and non-profit sectors, and in Native American tribal government and business enterprises. Niki carries with her a strong desire to educate and empower employees and their leaders to work in partnership to design and implement meaningful human resources programs that drive the success of their organizations.

Niki is an expert facilitator and trainer who is known for providing relevant and engaging content that participants connect easily with; allowing them to walk away with actionable goals and strategies for improving their organizations, as well as defining their own path and designing their future personal and professional success. She has been blessed to have facilitated seminars at local and national conferences over the years.

As evidence to her commitment to supporting education to individuals at all levels, Niki served on the 2006 Maricopa County regional council for Arizona’s First Things First initiative, and more recently on the Gila River Indian Community Career Pathways Advisory Board. Her journey has often taken her to the classroom: both as a lifelong student and teacher.  Niki earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Arizona State University (#GoSunDevils) and her Master of Business Administration/Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. Notably, Niki has served as an adjunct faculty member with Maricopa Community Colleges, facilitating business management and human resources courses. In addition, Niki is proud to hold the Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification and the SHRM-CP, certified professional designation.

Niki’s professional ethos is grounded on her personal interest in exploring diversity through travel, and the study of different cultures and languages.  From the Norman Rockwell’esqe town of White Bear Lake, Minnesota where she was born, to the tropical Dominican Republic where her family now extends, to the mix of cultures in the Southwestern state of Arizona where she resides; Niki has sought to find common ground and knowledge from the different people she has had the privilege of interacting with both personally and professionally.
