Q) What is the purpose of the Small Business HR Academy?
A) Great question! This is a safe place to genuinely connect with a small group of other small business owners and professionals to solve your most difficult employee-related, and HR-compliance issues.
Q) Who is this program built for, specifically?
A) If you’re leading a small business with between 1 or 49 employees, this YOUR place for you to connect, confidentially share concerns, ideas, learn and grow together.
That is what this program is all about – learning and growing and gaining incredible support! This HR Academy is much more than a “professional development” opportunity and way more than a traditional “training” program.
Q) What is included in this program?
A) Our unique program includes:
– Monthly 90-minute facilitated virtual/video meeting to discuss best practices in small-business HR, employee performance challenges, HR compliance concerns and HR trends
– Monthly (recorded) HR / leadership / management training webinar
– Access to a private group where you can post ideas and questions for other Academy members
– Monthly optional “homework” assignment to encourage you to stretch, expand and showcase your leadership, management and HR skills!
Q) How long does this program run?
A) Our Small Business HR Academy is an on-going program that requires a minimum 6-month program/commitment.
Our first meeting with be in during the last week of June 2019!
Q) Are there prerequisites to join the Academy?
A) Yes – and if you meet the following qualifications, apply today! Space is limited to 20 participants:- You currently lead a department or own/operate a small business that has at least one employee and less than 50
– You have been in business for at least 1 full year.
This program will be an excellent way for you to increase your HR knowledge and your leadership effectiveness!

A) We want this program to be affordable for small business leaders.
Academy Fee: $299 per month (minimum 6-month commitment)
